Vanessa’s career in the fashion industry started early during her studies in London. Companies like DKNY and several fashion PR companies such as Bryan Morel PR, Purple in London and a year at KCD Worldwide in New York gave her a good insight into the business. In 2006 after graduating from her Master’s, she started to work for the German luxury brand WUNDERKIND as a Marketing & Sales Assistant in Berlin. Then in 2008 she moved back to London where she worked for the American fashion company DIANE VON FURSTENBERG as a Sales Account Executive. In summer 2009 during a design course in Milan, Vanessa discovered her passion for jewellery and decided to make her own brand and founded her jewellery company VANESSA BARONI.The company was founded in October 2009 and is based in Stuttgart, Germany. Every piece is hand-made and being produced in Germany.VANESSA BARONI’s first collection AW2010 was shown at the fair JAM during Berlin fashion week in January 2009 and at the Somerset House during London fashion Week in February 2010. The following collections are shown twice a year at PREMIUM in Berlin and at TRANOI in Paris.
